I had forgotten how full on having a puppy could be. A few weeks after our gorgeous black Labrador puppy Mabel came into our lives I felt I needed some guidance on how to best help mabel.

Caroline was amazing. Her advice and knowledge was brilliant and everything we had done and talked about was backed up with emails on what we had focussed on.

Caroline’s help also extended to myself as she constantly gave me positive encouragement in my ability to implement all the things we had discussed.

Mabel’s (and my!) training was focussed on what I felt I needed . I’m so much more confident now and I’ve had lots of compliments on how well behaved she is when we’re out and about.

I can’t thank Caroline enough.
